How quickly are orders shipped?
Orders will take two weeks to pack and ship.
What are your shipping options?
UK orders are posted first class.
International orders are tracked by default. I know this is an expensive option but there are a lot of lost orders with choosing standard.
I am attempting to regularly ship to the US and Canada, I've never had any issues with it before in regards to customs fees or import taxes. I am not going to send packages bigger than A4, I feel that they'd be at risk of damage or getting charged a lot, so hopefully a flat A4 envelope can easily pass through.
Customs fees/tax charges on my order?
Any customs fees or tax are the buyers responsibility to pay. If you are unfamiliar with the customs or tariffs in your country then please try and do as much research before placing an order.
My order might be lost/damaged! What do I do?
Please make sure you leave an appropriate amount of time if suspecting your order might be lost. There are ongoing strikes and issues with Royal Mail (who I ship with), as well as the length it takes for international orders to reach folks.
If the order is damaged I'll replace it at no cost.
If the order is lost please get in contact with me but I can't guarentee I'll be able to replace the order free of charge.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges at this moment.
I gave the wrong address, name etc.!
I'm not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses, and I am unable to refund or cover the cost of replacement packages. Please bare this is mind and double check everything when placing an order, and if you spot anything wrong please let me know as soon as possible.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, I keep my packaging quite plain just with a brown envelope for safety. For those outside the UK, the customs forms are also discreet and will just read 'print' or 'zine'.
Gift orders!
I am more than happy to include custom notes with orders that are gifts - please tell me what you would like me to write in the notes section when ordering.
I do not include receipts with orders so they will not know the price.
