How quickly are orders shipped?
Orders will take two weeks to pack and ship.
What are your shipping options?
UK orders are posted first class, larger orders will have tracking.
International orders are tracked by default. I know this is an expensive option but there are a lot of lost orders with choosing standard.
I am attempting to regularly ship to the US and Canada and although the shipping costs are expensive at the moment - this is the cost that covers all fees as I have to pay a customs and tariff fee when sending packages.
Customs fees/tax charges on my order?
Any customs fees or tax are the buyers responsibility. If you are unfamiliar with the customs or tariffs in your country then please try and do as much research before placing an order. If you receive an action to pay customs fees before receiving your parcel this is your responsibility to pay.
My order might be lost/damaged! What do I do?
Please make sure you leave an appropriate amount of time if suspecting your order might be lost. There are ongoing strikes and issues with Royal Mail (who I ship with), as well as the length it takes for international orders to reach folks.
If the order is damaged I'll replace it at no cost.
If the order is lost please get in contact with me but I can't guarentee I'll be able to replace the order free of charge.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges at this moment.
I gave the wrong address, name etc.!
I'm not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses, and I am unable to refund or cover the cost of replacement packages. Please bare this is mind and double check everything when placing an order, and if you spot anything wrong please let me know as soon as possible.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, I keep my packaging quite plain just with a brown envelope for safety. For those outside the UK, the customs forms are also discreet and will just read 'print' or 'zine'.
Gift orders!
I am more than happy to include custom notes with orders that are gifts - please tell me what you would like me to write in the notes section when ordering.
I do not include receipts with orders so they will not know the price.
I will include a business card.
